Well, Sgt. Raul Ramirez was demoted down to regular patrol duty after being a supervisor for years, so I'd say there's no question he handled the entire situation wrong. The reporter, on the other hand, has a lawsuit pending that will probably equal an entire years salary, so it looks like he'll make out just fine.

The reputation for cops is going way downhill... Why? Because of stupid stunts like this! I hope that so called cop gets fired!
